Fun fact - If you organise a return online with @bootsuk they will send you an email with a Royal Mail label and link to book a collection and then refuse to refund you because they “don’t accept returns that are collected by Royal Mail” and won’t sent the item back to me. 4 weeks since it was delivered back to them , I have sent them all the proof and they refuse to help or refund. Or even acknowledge the email them sent me instructing me to book the collection. scam
