Thanks for this. My DA is not coming back. Every time we connect and that’s rarely every 5 weeks or so there seems to be tension. I stupidly told my DA yesterday he was a DA and he was quite angry about the feedback despite me being so gentle and gracious with it. Ooops. Don’t tell a DA he is a DA because he’s not just avoiding you, he’s avoiding himself.
