I think one of the most important habits I’ve incorporated into my life over the past 6 months is stillness. Whether it’s taking one minute in the middle of a crazy busy day to just sit in silence and breathe, 15-30 minutes in the morning or before bed, or if I’m fortunate enough even an hour. I would encourage you to try this starting TODAY. In whatever you can with a minimum of 60 seconds. No phone, no talking, eyes closed, still. Notice the changes you experience in your body and mind 💆‍♂️
