1. Spaghetti throwing- this is what I call it when a business owner isn’t clear on who their target audience is or who they are needing to serve, but try a million different ways to reach them without giving it time to see what sticks 🍝.
This can look like focusing too much on vanity metrics and not the quality or who it serves, following regurgitated advice and hacks 👇🏼
