Meta want to use your content to train their AI and they have put in a lot of effort to make it as difficult as possible to a) know about it and b) opt out or object. Please share this with everyone you know and even if you fill out the form, consider what content is available on your social media accounts. I’m certainly doing a deep cleanse of mine.
