The Hunter Biden trial should be difficult ground for conservatives who rail his father, who is uninvolved here, and the gun rights which they tout. Should he have acquired a firearm? Probably not. He was addicted to cocaine while under little personal danger. But this should be a test case for 2A advocates, who argue against restrictions on gun ownership.
