One of my biggest hobbies is checking property costs in different places. For example, I’ll look up houses for sale in Istanbul or Dubai or Cyprus and think, "Wow, it got so expensive since last year!" Last year, this property was $200,000, and this year it's $2 million. If I had bought it last year, my money would be X times more! Then I remember that even back then, I didn’t have $200,000 in my bank account. Ah, the sweet relief of realizing I couldn't have afforded it anyway!!
