🏃🏻♂️➡️ 11K split in 2 X 5000 at 5’15” with 5 min rest between the two sets + cool down! 🌞🏃🏻♂️➡️i wanted something more spicy today but I have a weird feeling in the knee so instead go for very speedy intervals I went for happy pace in two 5K and I felt great and the weather was great! 🌞 Wish you all an awesome day! 😊✨🤟🏻
