July is Disability Pride Month The Disability Pride Flag was created by Ann Magill in 2019. The coloured stripes are placed diagonally across the flag to show how disabled people have to cut across barriers in society. It’s time to empower, educate, raise awareness and show the world that those of us with disabilities are proud of them and what they bring to our identities.
