day five of my new commitment to myself & my body, mind & soul health 🥹
started with my usual amazing coffee & gratitude journaling then headed to the gym!
see below how it started vs after only my SECOND exercise. felt so cute & energetic for all of 2 exercises then felt like 🧟♀️ & my low back was triggered *far* more than usual during deadlifts, but i finished. slowly… but finished 😆
lo & behold i get home after work & start my period 😂 your body is always sending you signals! do you listen?
