We don't simply need to expand the Supreme Court to align with the Circuit Courts. We also need a constitutional amendment to guarantee the circuits are represented by the Supreme Court. We need a legal framework for ethics codes in the judiciary, which falls on Congress to establish. The Supreme Court just took a massive grab at Executive and Legislative powers, the other branches need to act to reign in that overreach.
