“Hormone and gut protocols” are super trendy in the fitness and wellness space nowadays.
I’ve been a health coach for 9 years and I PROMISE you have no business going near a hormone or gut protocol if you haven’t consistently nailed these things for at least 3 months:
1. Nutrition. Eating enough TOTAL Calories, protein, and fiber. No more yo-yo diets, fad diets, 1200 Calories a day or less diets, etc.
2. Going on a 20-30 minute walk most/all days of the week.
