Life doesn’t get less confusing with age and experience. It gives you a whole lot of new challenges to deal with. If life is a cycle of experience and learning from it, then all we have are those moments when we pause and feel Ok. I’m counting the blessings I have in those moments and being thankful for them. There’s a real sense of calm in temporarily being free from all our wants and desires.
