house hunting update: bid on a gorgeous weird victorian at asking price. the sellers let my offer expire, then called to say I was the only offer, and for 30k above asking it could be mine! We don’t see enough audacity these days! I love comedy!!

19 小時內	Lauren Edwards livelaughlauren__	We put a bid in at auction and were second highest. A week later the realtor calls to say the highest bidder couldn’t come to an agreement with the seller, so it was available if we still wanted it… “for only another 45K more.”
