Freeland I believe is mentally unstable .Her explanation Regarding the capital gains tax is that communism is truly embedded in her mind. How on earth did we succumb to allowing this woman to be a deputy minister or at any capacity of decision-making in our government. Has anyone truly vetted this insane person ever!
