learning how to structure a plate based on the “CORE 4 METHOD” has been such a game changer for me…here’s how to build a balanced plate: 1. protein 🥩🍳🥓🧆🍔🫘 2. starchy carbs 🥯🍞🥖🥐 3. fiber in the form of a fresh or frozen fruit &/or veggie 🍒🥝🥦🫑🍓🫐🥬🫒 4. healthy fats 🥑🥥🧈🥜 how much of each varies depending on the person (which is what I identify with 1:1 clients) but the foundations are the same for everyone!
