Why does the mind go to the negative thoughts and memories when I’m ill! I’m coughing like I smoke 60 a day, my ear is leaking like a tap, I only have muffled hearing and I sound like a gorilla breathing, it’s been too long now….enough! Someone is looking out for me though, the sun came out when I started to feel like I couldn’t breath and needed to go outside, now my brain won’t settle and I’m calmed by the sound of the rain.
