When you tell the narcissist they hurt you, they'll give you a hollow apology, then flip the script on you, telling you that you hurt them, and that you now owe them an apology. You owe them absolutely nothing. If you do apologize, they'll say your apology is hollow. They'll make you the bad guy. Narcissists are hypocrites that'll manipulate the situation in their favor to make it look like they're the victim.
