You can be fitter than 99% of people by: 1) Weighing yourself daily 2) Never drink your calories 3) Lift weights 4-5x per week 4) Eat a diet that is 90% whole foods 5) Walk daily 6) Eat protein at every meal Getting fit isn’t about being fancy. It’s about mastering the basics and doing them longer than others are willing to.
