Easy 5 week block you can run for an annual plan (main lifts)
3x8-10 (depending on recovery needs)
4x6
5-6x4
6-8x3
4x2 (maximal strength OR VBT)
Increase ~5% each week if able, increase week 1 as you repeat the block.
Mix your accessories as needed for variability/novelty.
I’ve got clients who have run this setup for 2-3 cycles (10-15 weeks), with a short metabolic block (2-3 weeks) after, for 2-3 years at this point. We just work around events and/or decrease training frequency in-season.
