Healthcare should not be profitable. Profit refers to the money that does *NOT* go to the doctor's wages, does *NOT* go to the cost of equipment, does *NOT* go to the actual healing of the patient. Healthcare should not be profitable. How can you possibly justify charging the sick and injured more than it costs to treat or to heal, all expenses included?
