sometimes i question if moving to the farm might have been socially detrimental to my children in some way. and then, like today, my two littles will tell me that they are besties and have no need for anyone else. afterwards, they go outside to play their ‘game’ which involves chasing each other and screaming bloody murder. it actually sounds violent. and i don’t worry about what any neighbors might think. or worry about their development as humans. they’re having the best childhood.
