The PPP Guy. This is how I was called last week by two people that I met. That makes 3 times I heard it. So maybe, yes, I’m the PPP Guy. Look. I love infrastructure. Delivering it. PPPs are a great way to deliver infrastructure, and every public administration in the world with a decent pipeline of projects should have them in their procurement portfolio. PPP

And they require sometimes frustrating time periods to tender them properly. Apply a PPP to the wrong project, you’ll end up in trouble and overpaying. Apply a PPP without the proper procurement process, and you’ll end up in trouble and in the news. So, yes… The PPP Guy. I loved it. More to come. Stay tuned.
