So @americanair, first you delay our flight from Chicago O'Hare to Newark by 3 hours (from 2PM) & bump our gate around the airport SIX TIMES. Then you have us in a holding pattern over Newark for like 40 minutes due to weather conditions THAT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THERE HAD WE LEFT ON TIME! Then to rub salt in the wound, you divert us to BUFFALO (not any closer airport) and push the flight till 10 am TOMORROW. Where do I get my reimbursement for travel & my refund of my flight americanairlines

一天內	Seth Thomas Stone sethomastone	Not usually do I defend @americanair but there was inclement weather all around the US this week. Inbound flights to ORD were probably delayed. Other airports probably had ground stops and delays. This mostly falls on ATC coordination and weather. Especially the getting diverted. They don’t have a choice, they are told by ATC where to go (who has capacity).
