@amazon get your customer service and choice of carrier together. Packages that vanish and never show up is unacceptable and the best you can do is replace or refund?! My time is valuable. That's not going to fly! uspshelpersunited driver clearly stole my a/c when no one can locate something that was supposedly out for delivery. The only thing USPS should be handling is snail mail! No one is doing their jobs and no one seems to be held accountable anymore!!!
