Remember when Beau Biden died and Joe could hardly speak?He decided to run again because Beau would have wanted that so he did. The things he’s accomplished are felt/seen by families. He’s running again to beat Trump while the possibility of Hunter going to jail looms large. His son being in jail when he’s 81 is a life sentence for Joe. He won’t pardon Hunter, that would be immoral.
