I truly believe U.S.A. needs a massive upgrade & reboot. It feels like were trying to run the country with todays issues on Windows95 software. Because it’s so incompetent & incompatible it’s costing a FORTUNE to keep us in business. We cannot just keep patching our old system with new laws as we have always done. At some point you HAVE TO DUMP it all & UPGRADE!! #UpgradeAmerica
