Apparently Walters still doesn't understand basic Constitutional precepts, let alone have an understanding of the decision handed down by the Oklahoma Supreme Court regarding the reaffirmation of the local school board control of what books are allowed to be in a school library and classrooms. Although the cynical part of me believes he does understand but he issued the order anyway to increase his media exposure as a cheap way to gain favorable opinions among Trump followers, i.e. a PR stunt.
