Yess, we are in so much need of those practices. Now some don’t even see pregnancy as ‘special’ anymore 🤦‍♀️ The audacity and the ungratefulness towards life and Mother Nature 🌿✨

Because someone noted that all indigenous peoples are not a monolith, I want to note that this was shared from one person about THEIR clan, and of course this does not mean every culture practices this or still adheres to this practice. I shared it because it’s a reasonably good practice given what we know about how we’re shaped by our environment.
