If you want a back that not only looks great but it’s also strong and functional then you MUST master the pull-ups (and all its variations like wide grip close grip explosive etc) and then transition to weighted pull-ups and chin ups. This must be your primary exercise and all the others great ones like rows, pulldowns etc must be your secondary additional exercises! That’s what I did for years and that’s how I got to look like this and perform like I do 🫡💪
