I take berberine, omega 3, inositol, spearmint tea, magnesium glycinate, zinc, vitaminc and yaz pills but ina-alternate ko lang sya. I noticed na hindi ako madaling magutom and d na rin ako gaano nagcracrave ng sweets + hindi na rin bloated. Siguro pag sinamahan pa ng low intense workout mas magiging effective sya to lose weight. Anw, I've been dealing pcos since 2015 at ang hirap talaga imanage if hindi ka consistent toward your goals.

Hindi pa ako diagnosed ng PCOS pero sinubukan ko na magdiet and sinasabayan ko ng exercise kapag kaya ng time ko after work. Sa 2 mos ko na pagdadiet, first time ko magmens na yung magkasunod na month eh same day dinatnan. Pero this July, delay na naman ako almost 2 weeks na.
