Day 3 of … meetings! 😂😂 I’m so glad to start my new position when I am because we are spending a lot of time as a district cohort of TOAs (all departments…instructional, MTSS, multilingual, elementary, and secondary) defining our roles, understanding district foci, and more. So it’s been a lot of meetings so far, which is overwhelming, but it’s proving to be really useful. I feel more prepared than I ever have when starting a new job!!
