You gain weight they say you big, yah breed, you a spread, you stay bad “ you a get too big” .. You loose weight , you too skinny, you on Ozempic, you sick, “dont loose any more” you did surgery.. etc. You cant win lol You listen to people it will drive you crazy. Do what makes you mentally and physically happy ❤️
