Hi guys 🙌 I just nak mintak pendapat, anyone yg pernah gone thru weight loss kan, korang amik whey protein yg mana best ek? Untuk build muscle and increase metabolism sebab I rasa process I lambat sangat so maybe with a detox or fat burner boleh cepatkan process ke somehow 😅Tapi detox tak tahan la sebab kerap kena pegi toilet 🙂↕️
P/s: Gymrat at least 4-5 times a week but rate of losing kgs a bit slow 🙁
