1/8th cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup water… cook in instant pot - Manual 12 mins Cool it once cooked Add your fav fruit (I add berries for extra anti oxidants) Add nuts- I love walnuts in this Dilute with milk to desired consistency (I use oatmilk) Now for the best part- your fave protein powder! I add my chocolate favorite shakeology! Fav shake for life 😍 Mix & ENJOY!!! Will you try it?
