I grew up in a strict no medication/ holistic only household so it’s really hard as an adult to consider medicating my ADHD even tho it’s so severe and affects my productivity immensely 😅

Not sure if this helps but I'm on Ritalin 20mg LA at the moment and it does make a difference at work it does help realigning the chaos in the head also makes it less noisy, BUT thats about it🤣. Somehow chores as still not getting done, and it certanly ismt helping w the working memory bit. If you lucky and creativity comes and it will help with that too. Id say it helps getting shit done but ONLY AFTER you actually got up and started to get said shit done🤣 Am I making sense at all? Might not

There are definitely natural supps that can help TREMENDOUSLY. Nootropics are GREAT but most out there are synthetic and won’t help ENOUGH, if you know what I mean? The right ones have been amazing for me! Kinda wild. My cognitive resilience is beast mode these days. I don’t know if you’re a minimalist or an “over-saver”, but I save everything, and a few months back lost all 500 open tabs on my phone and it rolled right off my back 😍 thought “man, that stinks”, but didn’t stress or dwell on it!
