My inner patriot (went into hiding after hijacked by MAGA) is proudly reclaiming the American flag 🇺🇸. I haven’t felt this patriotic since campaigning for Geraldine Ferraro and agitating for passage of the Equal Rights amendment (ERA) in the 1980’s. Having an active dialogue and representation on the national stage on issues so important to me and my sense of justice, for so many decades has uplifted my spirit beyond measure. #Iunderstandtheassigmnet
