What reasons you may ask? Well I’ll tell you. 1.) iron deficiency/ anemia (now I take iron supplements) 2.) drank too much water and my sodium levels and electrolytes were concerningly low (now I drink 1 gallon of water a day not 2) and finally 3.) dry eyes from living in Utah (now I have weird gel to put in my eyes at night lol)
