Could also be hydration issues. Traveling by air can be dehydrating and your body clock also needs to catch up to your new time zone. A strong coffee and snus/nicotine or some sort of stimulant can help though lol.

It's the different air/atmosphere. Different latititude/different atmospherical pressure. Also influenced by eventually travelling by plane
