Meta Llama 3.1-405B seems to be working really well as my new personal trainer so far! I tell it which equipment I have in the house (not much), what I focus on, and then it gives me exercises. It adapts to changes that I give it. Also gives another level of novelty and interest to keeping up with the workouts!
