Balance is important when it comes to fitness. It leaves room for enjoying the small things, while chasing your goals… Balance looks like: •eating lighter meals earlier in the day so you can eat a big dinner •opting for an appetizer instead of an entree •skipping dessert because you want the whole entree •skipping alcohol because you want to order dessert All of these compromises revolve around one meal. Decide what you want to eat, and then make changes throughout the day to make it fit 🍧
