Idk who needs to hear this but.. No one is 100% healed.. healing isn’t linear.. you will go back and forth… and sometimes you will be all over the place.. but it’s ok.. it’s a process.. but understand.. you don’t have to be 100% healed to deserve respect, love or even the better things in life.. because no matter what stage you are in I promise you do..
