Tsubaki Kasugano (the holder of the Clairvoyance Diary) from 'Mirai Nikki.' Just like her, I grew up believing that I could see the future, due to my parents claiming that I was a clairvoyant to have everyone around them fooled. I'm also quite resentful and blame this world for my suffering (but it's due to something totally different than what she went through - some people were just mean to me for no reason.) Nevertheless, I somewhat relate to her.
