My current job has a long interviewing process - I think the whole thing took me about 3 months as well - from the time I applied, had about 3 interviews and received the offer letter. I’ve been here 2 years now and it’s the best company I’ve ever worked for so I wouldn’t say that the length of time is a red flag at all.

2 小時內	Bronwyn bronwyn_chemist	I think as long as they’re communicating it’s less of an issue and can be an opportunity to demonstrate their good communication! Big difference between radio silence for a month and “Our expected timeline for a decision is 3-4 weeks. We will reach out either way.” If there’s a delay, “Hello (applicant), there’s been a delay, but we expect to get back to you next week.”
