It’s been a little over 2yrs since my struggle with anxiety. Although i still struggle with it at times, im better at dealing with it. Whether male or female, mental health is important. Take care of it and if you feel trapped or like the walls are caving in, dont hesistate to seek help. Im not a mental health professional, but some advice i can give is, be kind to yourself, anxiety is normal, it’s an emotion, not a disorder. You will get better from it.
