Wear what makes you comfortable, not what you feel makes others comfortable, and don’t overthink it, literally no one is watching you. Everybody’s there to better themselves. Hope this helps. ❤️

Develop CONSISTENCY. That is so huge. Consistency in the foundation, the technique will come. Two years ago I committed to going to the gym and working out every single day. Some days are strength and hypertrophy training, some days are flexibility and correctives. The body is designed to MOVE every single day. For two years now I have been there every single day, except for a handful of days due to travel. And when traveling I did body weight exercises and walking while waiting for my plane.
