When inquiring with a small business, please respond! Most of us use software that can track opens/clicks. When someone inquires with us, I stop what I’m doing, check their date, look up their venue, craft a custom email with sample galleries from said venue or similar, attach all our pricing info. I’m just one person doing it all - at all hours. At least click the more info link! Why inquire if you’re not even going to LOOK at the info you inquired for? If you’re not interested, let me know.
