Talk to me about portable air conditioners. We are without AC for at least a couple more weeks, and I can't do it any longer. We can't do window units because we have fancy European style windows and also don't have a window that opens in the bedroom. We do have both a patio door and an en suite shower directly off the bedroom. I think we can make this work. Might not be a perfectly chilled solution, but at least it won't be 90° with 95° humidity. My husband is a naysayer.
