So many Americans who have gotten nothing but grief and pain through our current system will say things like “socialism is great on paper but people are greedy and will ruin it” Meanwhile in capitalist America the system is designed for the incredibly rich who are concerned with bottom line (greedy). And we have people living in poverty believing that it’s somehow the fault of their equally poor neighbor and not the out of touch few who are hoarding all the wealth and capital.
