You don’t need to run yourself into the ground or starve yourself to lose weight, instead:
• hit 7-10k steps everyday
• track your food intake and eat in a deficit (if tracking causes too much anxiety than you still need to learn and understand portion sizes. this is a MUST)
• resistance train 3x/week for 30 min
• eat 1g protein / 1 lb ideal body weight
• sleep 6-8 hours a night
• be consistent for a year
